Before an Inventory Report

 

Please make sure the property is fully ready before we come out — all cleaning, decorating, and planned work needs to be finished, and any furniture or items included in the tenancy should already be in place.

In short: the property should look exactly as it will when the tenant moves in. This helps us create a clear, accurate inventory for you.

 

 

Before a Check-Out Report

The tenant needs to have completely moved out, taking all their belongings with them, and any cleaning required in the tenancy agreement should be done before our visit.

We’ll also need the original, professionally prepared inventory report that was signed by the tenant at the start of their tenancy. If it is available.
